Department restructures to deliver top quality service!

Grimsby based BJB Lift Trucks continue their proactive approach to managing growth and improving customer service with the appointment of Roy Bull as Service Manager, and Carl Ilsley in the new position of Technical Support.

Customer Support Manager, Ian Roden, Explained, “These appointments are a crucially important strategic move for the business. In order for us to cement our position as a leading materials handling equipment provider it is essential we structure ourselves in a way that lends itself to proactive customer support. We readily appreciate the needs of our customers and through these appointments we will continue to deliver the level of service they demand.”

Roy assumes control of the day-to-day management of the Service Department and personnel, whilst Carl will be responsible for carrying out regular customer visits to ensure all their expectations are met. Crucially, Carl will also conduct internal audits to ensure the level of Service delivered by BJB Lift Trucks is maintained at the highest possible standard.
