BJB clients cycle for charity

BJB Lift Trucks Operations Manager, David Hale, was delighted to lend his support to representatives of valued clients, Harsco Metals, for their recent charity cycle ride. Eighteen colleagues from Harsco completed the gruelling 180 mile Way of the Roses to raise funds for the Lincolnshire & Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance.

Mark Norris, a key member of the Harsco team commented, ” We battled wind, rain and an awful lot of hills but we were spurred on by the thought of the money being raised for such a vital support to the emergency services. We hope to raise somewhere in the region of £7,000 and would like to thank BJB Lift Trucks for their donation.”

David Hale said, “It’s a marvellous achievement by the Harsco team and I congratulate them all for raising such a fantastic amount of money!”
